Subusers

Subusers are child accounts that can be used to give other people access to all or specific aspects of your service.

You can create subusers that only have access to certain parts of the service, such as subusers that can only start and restart the service, subusers that can access the server's files but can't delete them or even a subuser that can act as another administrator for your service.

To create subusers on your server, you will need to have the subuser's email that they will use to access the account.

Adding subusers

To add a Subuser in the Subusers Tab, click on the "New User" button in the top right of the page.

Then, paste in the email address of the user you wish to add as a subuser for the server. After that, select the permissions that you would want the user to have or click on "All Permissions" to give the subuser full access to your server's control panel.

danger

Be careful with giving subusers access to your entire server, as they may be able to perform irreversible actions on your server. No billing information will ever be revealed to any subuser on the Apollo Panel.

Setting up your account via email

If the subuser does not already have an account with Sparked Host, they will receive an email to set one up.

Accessing the Panel

After adding a subuser and setting up an account, the subuser can now access the server's panel at https://control.sparkedhost.us/ with the permissions you set.

The image above resembles what a subuser can see when they only have power and console permissions.

Editing a Subuser's permissions

To edit a subuser's permissions on a server in the Subusers Tab, click on the pencil icon that's on the same row as the subuser's account that you want to edit.

Removing a Subuser

To remove a subuser from having access to your server, Go to the Subusers tab and just simply click on the trash can icon thats on the same row as the subuser's account that you want to remove.
